Join us for another Stitch Studio workshop and create your very own Oxbow Tote by Noodlehead Patterns! Whether you’re new to sewing or looking to expand your skills, this project-based session is the perfect opportunity to dive into bag-making in a relaxed and supportive environment. Sessions will run from 10am-4pm each day so you have plenty of time to focus on your project and add some beautiful finishing touches! The Oxbow Tote is a versatile and stylish bag with plenty of room for daily essentials, groceries, or even your crafting supplies! Featuring a simple yet functional design, the tote includes thoughtful details like cross-body strap, a roomy interior, and quilted pockets to personalize your creation inside. ***Creative Pathway: Who is this workshop for?*** This course is part of our Sapling – Stage 3 pathway, aimed at those with some experience who are ready to build confidence, develop core skills, and work more independently. In this workshop, we’ll explore: - Understanding the Oxbow Tote pattern and materials needed - Selecting, preparing and Cutting your fabrics - Constructing bag panels and assembling your tote - Adding finishing touches and personalisation *** Course cost and what’s included: *** This workshop costs £155, which covers everything you need: - A printed Oxboe Tote pattern - Fabric from a curated selection of high-quality fabrics - All sewing notions, tools, and equipment (sewing machines are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own). - Complimentary refreshments and a light lunch to keep you energized each day There are 2 payment options- Pay in full on booking or split your payment and spread the cost over 3 months. Our Stitch Studio workshops are all about fostering creativity and connection, so group sizes are kept small to provide plenty of individual attention. Cancellation Policy
***General Policy*** All courses, sessions, and events are non-refundable. However, depending on when you cancel your booking, there are a few alternative options available. ---If you cancel more than 14 days before the course start date: Transfer to Another Course: You can move to a future course at no extra cost. Your deposit will be transferred to the new course. - Priority Booking: If no suitable dates are available, we’ll hold your deposit and offer priority for future dates or alternative courses. - Transfer to Someone Else: You can transfer your spot to a friend or family member. ---If you cancel within 13 days of the course start date: - Refunds or transfers are only available if we successfully resell your spot or if a replacement participant is found. Filling spots at short notice can be difficult, especially for multi-week courses. Your deposit cannot be transferred unless we successfully fill your original spot. ***Payment Terms:*** Payment in full must be made before your booking is confirmed and your space in the workshop is secured. Instalment Plan Payment Option: A space will be held for you throughout your instalment plan. This can will not be available for others to book. However, failure to complete agreed payments within the grace period given will result in your booking being cancelled - all workshops are non-refundable and as such if you should forfeit your booking due to failure to pay within the grace periods agreed, you will not be eligible for refunds on any payments already made against the booking. Payment requests will be sent to via the email you registered with at checkout. Emails will include a direct payment link to our secure Stripe checkout. Payments must me made within 7 days of you receiving your payment link. If no payment is received we will send you a reminder email and allow a further 7 days for payment to come through. If after this second payment is not confirmed you will receive one final reminder and a further 2 day grace period. Please be sure to check your junk mailbox as its possible that emails will land there. Please note that if your workshop is less than 3 months from date of booking we will instead break your payments down where possible but ensure full l payment is completed within 14 of the start date.
